Our Wind-Free (Windless) Feather Flags feature a "full sleeve" which extends all the way to the end of the curved portion of the flag. Windless flags are completely visible regardless of whether there is any wind at all. Windless feather flags are ideal for areas with mild wind conditions or for indoor use such as at trade shows and sporting events.
